Limited Pre-Launch notice

UPOPN online ordering is currently closed. No product is currently available to ship through this store. Shipping destinations, processing windows, delivery estimates, and charges will be displayed before checkout opens for an available release.

Order processing

When ordering opens, each available product page or checkout will state the applicable processing estimate. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Limited releases may have different processing windows, which will be disclosed before purchase.

Shipping destinations and charges

We ship only to destinations made available at checkout. Available services and charges are calculated or displayed before an order is submitted. We do not guarantee delivery to an address that the checkout does not accept.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, customs review, address errors, and events outside reasonable control can affect delivery. If a material delay affects an accepted order, we will provide any notice, choice, or refund required by applicable law.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent when available after an order ships. Tracking scans can take time to appear. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address and for monitoring delivery notices.

Address changes

Contact support@upopn.com promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect delivery

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact us with the order number and relevant photographs or carrier information. We will review the claim and provide the appropriate next step. Carrier investigations and claim deadlines may apply.

International orders

If international delivery is offered at checkout, the customer may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing can affect delivery time. International availability and charges will be shown before purchase.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy in effect when the order is placed. Do not send a return to the shipment origin or any address not supplied in an approved return authorization.
